ABOUT THE VILLA
Welcome to our luxurious Modern Miami Villa Azur oasis featuring more than 3,500 sq. ft. of a dreamlike oasis with an oversized heated pool with relaxation cabanas and a poolside indoor/outdoor bar, tall Brazilian wood gates, bedrooms galore (8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms) and a custom open layout common area designed to host large groups.
We are nestled in the peaceful, beautiful Miami Shores area with quick beach or city hotspot access. Nearly all major attractions are within 10-25 minutes of this Villa Azur, with easy and affordable Uber/Lyft access.
Tastefully designed floor plan with the perfect amount of separation for large groups. Everyone can choose to go for a swim or enjoy cocktails at the poolside bar, relax in the spacious lounge and entertainment area, or sleep and recover in the plush beds found in all 8 bedrooms. There are plenty of bathrooms (5) to freshen up for your night out in Miami. Our home is secure with a perimeter of fencing and gated property. We can cater to you with private chefs, drivers, bartenders, or any other services needed to make your stay truly as special as possible. The space can accommodate up to 22 people maximum.
The pool has heating and cooling capacity for your enjoyment.
The entry and exit for the house and gates are automated and keyless with codes for hassle-free easy access. There is a gated courtyard parking area for up to 6 cars. Guests may enter and exit the property only from the front gates.
ABOUT THE LOCATION
South Beach and Miami Downtown/Brickell are just a short 15-20 minute drive away while Miami Shores Golf Course with public access is only few blocks away. Uber & Lyft are both available within minutes.

John and George's Airbnb in Miami was awesome! The backyard was like a private oasis, and the pool was super clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the speakers in the house were great! Highly recommend for a great Miami getaway with a large group. The hosts gave clear instructions how to check in and any other information we needed about the house and amenities! We had zero problems for the length of our stay!

This was an amazing experience. My family and I needed early check-in after arriving in Miami sooner than expected. George/John were so accommodating, allowed us an early entrance to this beautiful home. The pictures don’t do this house justice. There were 13 of us. We had enough space to be very comfortable. The pool was fun, the kitchen was well equipped, and beds were great. I stayed in many Air BNB’s before. This one is tops.

The place was exactly as the pictures depict. The rooms were very clean, and the kitchen had every pot/pan or cooking utensil. The neighborhood is very quiet, but what helps with a medium large party such as mines, the private gate and closed off backyard. This was very essential with the privacy aspect. This mini-mansion is really NICE. THE BEST PART has to be the beds. The owner spent some money on the mattresses. SUPER COMFORTABLE !!! Slept like a baby every night. The tv's had almost every app for movies and music. I would recommend YOU reading this, to book this property !!! The pool was warm and refreshing, and even a pool cleaning company showed up and did another cleaning. 5 out of 5 Stars ...

George was extremely communicative and provided a lot of great recommendations around the Miami area. While the house isn't quite in the thick of things, it's an amazing spot for a large party to both escape and immerse themselves in all that Miami has to offer. The space is also perfect for larger groups and has everything they could need. Would recommend!
