This beautifully updated dual villa feels fully isolated from society as it is enclosed by bamboo and other vibrant tropical foliage, an ancient stone wall, and no immediate neighbors. The backyard space was designed to provide a secluded resort getaway feel, so don't be surprised if you have a hard time leaving! Mother nature's gifts are on full display in this private villa compound. The interior provides tasteful, cozy shelter for rainy days, but trust us when we say you will prefer to enjoy this property outdoors, taking in the afternoon sun filtering through the bamboo. This rare accommodation features two remodeled houses for the price of one. Situated in the rapidly developing Miami Design District, guests enjoy short driving times to all hot spots and have access to the entire property. We have private chefs/catering, boat charters, and other resources available for guests.

Located just 5 minutes walking distance to Biscayne Bay, close enough to view the water from the sidewalk in front of the house. Positioned near the Design District, this location offers incredible convenience with Lyft and Uber readily available. Driving times are just 5-8 minutes to Wynwood and the Design District, 10-12 minutes to Midtown, 15 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to Brickell and downtown, and 15-20 minutes to upscale Sunny Isles and Aventura Mall.

Anthony was very responsive - he let us check in early and check out late which was extremely appreciated. Place was as described. Only 2 small issues - the house has one set of manual keys to get into both buildings which made it challenging with a big group (would be much nicer if it was entry by electronic key pads). Otherwise the pool could be cleaner and the pool ladder was broken and a bit unsafe. Overall still a great place to stay!

We enjoyed staying at the Airbnb with a large group! The Airbnb is separated into 2 houses with the yard in between. Not a huge deal but I would like to note that there was only one bathroom in the main building and two of the bathrooms were located in the back house. The host was always responsive to any questions we had during the stay. They also went above and beyond to help us locate and return items we forgot at the Airbnb!

Had a great stay, place looks just like the pictures, lots of rooms/beds. Everyone said how comfortable the beds were and the host was super responsive when we had questions and was very accommodating. We booked this house after our initial Airbnb canceled the day before we were supposed to check in. We talked about how it was actually very lucky that they canceled because we had such a great stay. Would recommend and stay again!

Anthony’s stay was comfortable. The front house has 3 bedrooms with 1 bathroom, back house had 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and the laundry room. Overall enjoyed the space. The gate adds a sense of security during your stay as well. Backyard was meh. Didn’t use the pool or backyard much. We were able to do a late check out which was appreciated. Everything was 10-20 min away location wise which was nice.
